We're a company backed by over 60 years of home building experience. In fact, our state-of-the-art building facility is located right here in Statesville, just down the street from our display center. Only at Statesville Housing will you find such a large selection of Cape Cod style modular homes on display, one of today's most popular and versatile home designs. In addition to the many homes on display at our building center, nearly every home we build is CapeAble, which means it can be built in either the Ranch or Cape Cod style. And if you find a Cape design you like, but don't need the extra living space, that's OK. Most of our Cape's are RanchAble, too. Now that's flexibility you won't find anywhere else.
